Parwise ("we", "the app") helps Shopify merchants forecast demand and manage reordering. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your choices. We collect the minimum needed to provide the service.
With your permission, Parwise reads the following from your Shopify store:
Parwise keeps shopper personal data to a strict minimum. From orders we store only product-level demand aggregates — no names, addresses, phone numbers, or customer profiles. The one exception is the optional back-in-stock feature: if a shopper asks to be notified when a sold-out product returns, we store the email address they submit for that single purpose. We never build customer profiles or sell data.
Solely to provide the app's features: demand forecasting, reorder points, purchase orders, reports, cash-flow and inventory planning. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.
App data is stored in our application database on our own server, isolated per shop and access-controlled. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
We keep your data only while the app is installed. When you uninstall, or on request, your shop's data is deleted. We honour Shopify's mandatory data-protection webhooks:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Shop-level app data is removed on uninstall (via shop/redact); shopper back-in-stock emails are removed on customer redact or when the shop is uninstalled.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
